What Rhyter Times is
Rhyter Times is an independently operated news aggregation and analysis service. We pull from 400+ public RSS feeds and other public sources, then use AI to help organize, summarize, and cross-reference that reporting, always with clear attribution and a link back to the original outlet. We don't send reporters anywhere, and we don't claim to break news first. See our Methodology page for exactly how that works.
Who operates it
Rhyter Times is a product of Aristocles, and is run by a single founder with no editorial staff. There is no newsroom behind this site, and we don't claim one. What automation does and doesn't do is described plainly below, and in more detail on Methodology.
The role of automation
Story summaries and cross-outlet syntheses on this site are AI-generated from publisher headlines and excerpts, not independently reported or fact-checked by a human before publishing. A small number of automated checks run on every generated story looking for a narrow set of higher-risk patterns, such as claims in sensitive categories, quotes that don't appear in the source material, or internally inconsistent dates, and hold anything that trips one of those checks out of publication until we've looked at it. Passing those checks is not the same thing as human review or fact-checking, and we don't label it as either.
