What this service is
Rhyter Times aggregates and synthesizes news from publisher RSS feeds and other public sources, then links back to the original outlet for every story. We are not a wire service or a primary news source: see our Methodology page for how we handle attribution, disputed claims, and synthesis.
AI-assisted content
Story syntheses and some article summaries on this site are written by AI from the headlines and summaries of the outlets cited below each piece. This is cross-referenced synthesis of existing reporting, not independently fact-checked journalism, and it should be read accordingly. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Third-party content
Headlines, summaries, and images sourced from other outlets remain the property of their original publishers. We link out rather than rehost full articles, and we have no control over and no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of any site we link to.
Accounts
You need an account to follow topics or personalize your feed. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. This service is not intended for use by minors, typically anyone under 18, depending on the age of majority where you live.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe (see current pricing on the Pricing page). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period. We may change pricing going forward, with notice on the Pricing page before it takes effect for new billing cycles.
Data API
The REST API and MCP server described on our For Developers page are operated by Aristocles, the company behind Rhyter Times, and are governed by Aristocles' own terms and pricing, not this page.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, bulk-download, or systematically republish this site's pages outside of normal browsing, and don't use the site to violate any law or another party's rights. We may suspend or terminate access for activity we reasonably believe is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the service or other users.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” We aggregate from sources we don't control, so we can't guarantee that any story is complete, current, or error-free, and we don't guarantee the site will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Rhyter Times and Aristocles aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
